Built on over a decade of Tri-Cities craftsmanship

Armani Homes has been building custom homes and townhouses in the Tri-Cities since 2013. Thirteen years in one market means we know the local permitting process inside out, we work with trades we have trusted for years, and we understand what families here want from a home before they finish describing it.

Frank Ghorbani leads every project personally, from the first drawing to the final walkthrough. We take on each build deliberately, so you always have one point of contact who knows your project in full and can make decisions on the spot.

A home is more than the structure we hand over. It is where your family's next chapter happens, and we build it to a standard we are proud to put our name on.

Custom Homes

Design and construction under one contract, from the first sketch to the day you get the keys. You choose the lot and tell us how you live. We handle the rest, and you see every decision before it is made.

Renovations

Major renovations for homeowners who love where they live but need the house to change. Kitchens, full-floor reworks, additions. Same trades and same standards as our new builds.

Project Management

Already have plans and a designer? We can run the build: scheduling, trades, permits, inspections, and budget reporting you can actually read. One point of contact through the whole job.

Owner-led builds

Frank runs every project himself. When you call with a question, you reach the person who can answer it and act on it the same day.

Built where we live

We work in the Tri-Cities and nowhere else. We know the local permitting offices, the inspectors, and the trades, because we have worked with them for years.

Warrantied and certified

Every home carries 2-5-10 warranty coverage. We are HAVAN members, registered with BC Housing, and WorkSafeBC certified.

One contract, start to finish

Design and construction live under the same roof, so nothing falls into the gap between an architect's drawings and a builder's quote.
